Products and prices:

Milopiel reserves the right to decide, at any moment, the products that are offered through www.milopiel.es. In particular, Milopiel may, at any time, add or delete products from the online store.

The essential characteristics of the products are presented in Milopiel within each tab of the product.

Despite Milopiel's scrupulous care in its faithful reproduction, the images and colors of the products offered for sale could, however, not faithfully reflect the reality, due to the specific characteristics of the Internet browser or the screen used By the user.

The prices of the products on sale always appear in euros with the corresponding VAT (21%) included. At these prices will be added the relevant shipping costs. How to order:

To place an order in Milopiel, the user must follow the steps indicated in the purchase process, completing the requested data, confirming the purchase of the products added to the "Order" section and making the payment. Delivery:

Milopiel undertakes to deliver the products in perfect condition at the address indicated by the user in the order form, within normal working hours.

Milopiel will not be responsible for errors caused in the delivery when the shipping address entered by the user in the order form is not realistic or has been omitted.

The maximum deadline for deliveries is thirty (30) days, established by default in the Law. However, the usual delivery period is 3-15 working days, from the date of order. They may vary for logistical reasons or force majeure. In these cases, Milopiel will inform its clients as soon as it has knowledge of it.

Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which the transport company makes the product available to the user, which materializes through the control system used by the transport company.

In the case of delays in the delivery of orders, the user may cancel their order in accordance with the procedure described in the section Returns, as if a defective order was, without assuming the costs of shipping and return. Delays in delivery shall not be considered to be cases in which the order has been made available to the user by the transport company within the agreed period and can not be delivered for reasons attributable to the user.
